Stress can be an uninvited unwelcome visitor in your life especially with everything going on in the world currently. I highly recommend finding time to decompress. Find time in your day to indulge in an activity that shifts your focus from your stressors. Take a walk (socially distanced of course :D) read that book you've been meaning to get to, call and check on a friend (they maybe stressed too). As for me I'm going to hit this punching bag and pretend it's my boss (i really don't like him lolol)
